We are happy to partner on direct trade with Monte Vista Coffee, sustainable sourcing with a purpose.
Established in 1966 it has been the family's shared passion for three generations. When we talk about Juan Hipp, we are talking about more than an extraordinary cup of coffee; Monte Vista is the livelihood of many families with shared culture and traditions.
A tradition and culture of unforgettable memories like that first sip of coffee in the morning.
Pre-germ coffee or ultra washed where it is fermented 18 hours and then submerged underwater up to 5 days, changing the water every 8 hours and letting it dry before the seed germinates. This gives a very clean and balanced cup where the true nature of the soil comes to light.
